Here are the candidates for the WaFd Bank Oregon High School Baseball Player of the Week for April 11-17 as nominated by coaches, fans and readers. 

Read through the nominees and cast your vote. We’ll send a free SBLive T-shirt to the winner of the poll! Voting will conclude Sunday at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced Monday.

Elijah Arnold, Westview

The senior went 2 for 3 with a home run, two runs and two RBIs, helping the Wildcats post a 6-3 win over Beaverton in a Metro League game at Sunset High School. 

Hunter Barber, Amity 

The senior went 3 for 4 with a double, two stolen bases, four runs and three RBIs, helping the Warriors notch a 19-1 win over Westside Christian in a PacWest Conference game at Westlake Park. 

Max Bledy, Wilsonville

The senior was 3 for 3 with a triple, a walk, three stolen bases, three runs and three RBIs, helping the Wildcats run to a 12-1 win over St. Helens in Northwest Oregon Conference play. 

Niko Boudreau, Astoria

The junior, with his pitching and hitting, helped lead the Fishermen to a 5-1 win over Seaside in a Cowapa League game at Astoria. In a complete-game performance on the mound, Boudreau gave up one unearned run on six hits, striking out eight and walking none. At the plate, he went 1 for 3 with two runs and an RBI. 

Peter Coakley, Sunset

The senior right-hander pitched seven shutout innings, giving up three hits while striking out three and walking two, helping the Apollos earn a 1-0, eight-inning win over Mountainside in a Metro League game at Sunset High School.

Matthew Gomez, Wilsonville

The senior threw a no-hitter for the Wildcats in their 10-0, five-inning win over St. Helens in a Northwest Oregon Conference game at Wilsonville High School. Gomez struck out seven and walked one. 

Max Gregg, Corvallis

The senior pitched a complete-game shutout, giving up just three hits while striking out six and walking one, leading the Spartans to a 2-0 win over Silverton in a Mid-Willamette Conference opener at Corvallis High School. 

Parker Guinn, McMinnville

The junior went 3 for 3 with a home run, a double, a walk, a run and four RBIs, helping the Grizzlies notch a 16-0 win over Newberg in a Pacific Conference game at Newberg High School. Guinn also pitched three scoreless innings in the victory, striking out four. 

Kaden Harris, Milwaukie

The junior pitched a three-hit shutout, striking out 10 batters, as he helped the Mustangs post a 2-0 win over Hillsboro in a Northwest Oregon Conference game at Lake Road Field. 

Aiden Horsley, North Medford

The junior went 2 for 4 with a double, two runs (including the walk-off run in the seventh inning) and one RBI, helping the Black Tornado record a 7-6 win over Sheldon in a Southwest Conference game at the US Cellular Fields in Medford.

Ky Hoskinson, McMinnville

The senior right-hander pitched a perfect game, striking out 16 of the 21 batters he faced, while allowing no hits and walking none, as he led the Grizzlies to a 3-0 win over Newberg in a Pacific Conference game at Patton Middle School. Hoskinson needed just 78 pitches to get the perfect game. 

Kenji Johnson, Parkrose

The sophomore hit not one, but two inside-the-park home runs, with one of those being a grand slam, for the Broncos in their game with Milwaukie. Johnson, who is hitting at a .632 clip for the season, went 3 for 3 with a triple and seven RBIs.

Sebastian Joyce, Horizon Christian

The freshman went 3 for 4, including a walk-off RBI single in the seventh inning, helping the Hawks earn a 5-4 win over Amity in a Lewis & Clark League game at Horizon Christian High School. Joyce had two RBIs. 

Nelson Keljo, Jesuit

The senior threw a no-hitter, striking out 14 and walking two in his seven innings, leading the Crusaders to a 7-0 win over Southridge in a Metro League contest at Jesuit High School. Keljo went 3 for 4 with a double and two runs for Jesuit in a 4-0 league win over the Skyhawks. 

Clayton Langdale, Canby

The senior gave the Cougars all the offense they needed, belting a two-run homer in the bottom of the fourth inning of Canby’s 2-1 win over West Linn in a Three Rivers League game at Canby High School. 

Issac Margolis, Lincoln

The sophomore went 3 for 4 with a triple, a stolen base, three runs and four RBIs for the Cardinals in their 16-1 win over McDaniel in a Portland Interscholastic League opener at the Lake Road Field in Milwaukie. 

Nate Marshall, West Albany

The senior, batting in the leadoff spot, went 2 for 3 with a double, a walk, a stolen base, three runs and three RBIs, helping lead the Bulldogs to a 19-5 win over Dallas in a Mid-Willamette Conference opener at Dallas High School.

Andy Miller, Mountainside

The senior went 3 for 4 with a home run, two runs (including the walk-off run in the seventh inning) and two RBIs, helping the Mavericks earn a 5-4 win over Sunset in a Metro League game at Mountainside High School. 

Drew Miller, Knappa

The senior right-hander threw a no-hitter, leading the Loggers to a 10-0, five-inning win over Nestucca in a Northwest League game. In his five innings, Miller struck out 14 and walked two. 

Michael Miller, Tualatin

The senior catcher went 6 for 11 with a double, a walk, no strikeouts, four runs and four RBIs, helping the Timberwolves get a three-game sweep over rival Tigard in Three Rivers League play. 

Landen Parker, Crescent Valley

The senior, batting in the leadoff spot, went 4 for 4 with a double, three runs and two RBIs, helping lead the Raiders to a 16-6 win over South Albany in a Mid-Willamette Conference game at Crescent Valley High School. 

Charlie Peters, Tigard

The senior, batting in the leadoff spot, went 4 for 5 with four runs, four RBIs and four stolen bases for the Tigers in their 24-0 win over Forest Grove in a nonleague game at Tigard High School. 

Justin Redman, Nelson

The junior, with a strong pitching and hitting performance, helped lead the Hawks to a 14-0, five-inning win over David Douglas in a Mt. Hood Conference game at Nelson High School. On the mound, Redman gave up just two hits, while striking out 10 and walking three in five innings. At the plate, he went 2 for 3 with a double, a run and an RBI. 

Canon Reeder, Summit

The senior blasted two home runs, going 2 for 5, as he helped the Storm get a 12-6 win over South Salem in the second game of a Mountain Valley Conference doubleheader at Gilmore Field in Salem. 

Christian Retherford, Toledo

The sophomore was 4 for 4 with a stolen base, two runs and an RBI, helping the Boomers post an 11-8 win over Waldport in a Sunset Conference game at Waldport. 

Collin Rickis, Hillsboro

The senior went 4 for 4 with two doubles, three runs and three RBIs, helping the Spartans get an 8-7 win over La Salle Prep in a Northwest Oregon Conference game at Tualatin High School. 

Drew Talavs, West Linn

The junior pitched a complete-game shutout, giving up two hits while striking out eight and walking none, as he helped the Lions post a 3-0 win over Canby in a Three Rivers League game at West Linn High School. 

Ian Umlandt, Sherwood

The senior left-hander pitched a complete-game one-hitter, striking out 13 and walking none, helping lead the Bowmen to a 2-0 win over Glencoe in a Pacific Conference game at Linfield University. Umlandt followed by driving in a walk-off run in the eighth inning of a 1-0 win over the Crimson Tide. 

Nolan Umlandt, Sherwood

The sophomore pitched seven shutout innings, giving up four hits while striking out 12 and walking one, before scoring the walk-off run in the eighth inning of the Bowmen’s 1-0 win over Glencoe in a Pacific Conference game at Sherwood High School. 

Carson Waples, Silverton

The junior right-hander turned in a complete-game pitching performance, giving up no earned runs and two hits, while striking out nine and walking three, helping lead the Foxes to a 2-1 win over Corvallis in a Mid-Willamette Conference game at Silverton High School.
