College: George Fox University
Zak is a four-sport athlete at Waldport High School and has been a varsity starter since his freshman year. He was named the Conference Player of the Year for both basketball and football along with 1st team All-Conference honors. He is also a 2A long jump state champion and third-place 300-meter hurdles finisher. In the spring, he doubles up and golfs while running track and field. Zak is a 4.0 student, and his class’ valedictorian. He also is a National Honors Society member and participates in clubs such as forestry and Career and Technical Education. In his free time, Zak likes to snowboard, ride dirt bikes, golf and spend time with his family. Zak plans to attend George Fox University to play football and run track for the Bruins.
