Lindell is a three-time varsity letterman in football and four-time varsity letterman in track. He was named 1st team All-Conference as a running back. He had 1,050 rushing yards on 150 carries as a senior, averaging more than 7 yards per carry. Lindell has a 3.6 GPA and is an officer of the Black Student Union.
