As a sophomore at Sherwood High School, Nolen was a three-sport athlete, earning varsity letters in football, track and field, and wrestling. In football, he was named 1st team All-Conference as a kick returner, as well as an All-Conference running back. He earned All-Conference honors in his first year in track and field, excelling in triple jump, high jump and javelin. When not playing sports, Nolen enjoys spending time with friends and family. He is an avid hunter and enjoys the outdoors.
