Tigard improves to 6-0 and does something rare — intercepts a pass thrown by Lakeridge QB Ryan Oliver

Vaughn Croxton had 14 tackles to lead the defense, Brady Jordan passed for two touchdowns, and the Tigers (6-0, 2-0 Three Rivers League) defeated the visiting Pacers.

Ryan Oliver passed for 200 yards with two touchdowns for the Pacers (2-4, 0-2) of Lake Oswego. Oliver also threw his first interception of the season. He entered the game having thrown 174 passes this season without an interception, and he completed the final three games of last season (50 passes thrown) without one.

Joey Olsen, who has committed to USC, and Baylor Corbin were on the receiving end of Oliver’s touchdown passes. 

Jordan connected with Nate Duenas and Ethan Cate on his scoring throws. Konner Grant ran for a Tigers touchdown, passed to Duenas for a score and made an interception on defense.
