Here are the candidates for the WaFd Bank Oregon High School Girls Basketball Player of the Week for Feb. 20-26 as nominated by coaches, fans and readers.

Brooke Anderson, Grants Pass

The junior guard sank five 3-point baskets on her way to scoring a game-high 23 points for the Lady Cavers in their 51-22 win over Roseburg in a Southwest Conference game at Grants Pass High School.

Annie Bafford, Country Christian

The senior forward poured in a game-high 32 points to help the Cougars post a 55-52 home win over Powder Valley in a Class 1A second-round state playoff game.

Olive Batch, West Linn

The senior wing recorded a double-double for the Lions with 18 points and 11 rebounds while also having seven assists, six steals and five blocks in their 59-38 win over Lake Oswego in a Three Rivers League contest at West Linn High School.

Ava Bergeson, La Salle Prep

The freshman forward had a strong all-around performance for the Falcons with 15 points, eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks in their 64-39 victory at Wilsonville in a key Northwest Oregon Conference game.

Kyleigh Brown, Silverton

The junior scored a game-high 31 points for the Foxes in a 52-40 loss to Crescent Valley in a key Mid-Willamette Conference game at Crescent Valley High School.

Harmony Davies, Canby

The sophomore wing, making her first start of the season for the Cougars, had three 3-pointers, three rebounds, two assists and a block in a 64-58 setback at Putnam in a Northwest Oregon Conference contest.

Jazzy Davidson, Clackamas

The sophomore guard scored a game-high 19 points to go with eight rebounds, five blocks, three assists and two steals for the Cavaliers in their 75-48 win over Barlow in a Mt. Hood Conference showdown at Clackamas High School.

Maddie Dustin, Cascade

The junior guard tallied a game-high 26 points in leading the Cougars to a 58-33 win over Philomath in a key Oregon West Conference game at Philomath High School.

Jill Gammett, Jordan Valley

The junior posted a game-high 20 points for the Mustangs, helping them run to a 54-25 home win over Ione/Arlington in a Class 1A first round state playoff game.

Ava Gill, Sutherlin

The senior guard sank three 3-pointers and scored 14 points for the Bulldogs in their 52-36 win over Jefferson in a Class 3A state playoff second-round game.

Rhyli Grim, Gladstone

The senior guard scored a game-high 20 points on an 8-for-12 shooting night while also having four rebounds and three steals for the Gladiators in a 62-23 win over Estacada in a Tri-Valley Conference finale at Gladstone High School.

Mersayus Hart, Nixyaawii

The senior tallied a game-high 20 points to lead the way for the Golden Eagles in their 66-15 home victory over Mohawk in a Class 1A first-round state playoff game.

Gracie Johnson, Nyssa

The senior forward poured in a game-high 44 points to pace the Bulldogs in their 65-48 home win over Westside Christian in a Class 3A second-round state playoff game.

Brooke McHaffie, North Douglas

The junior post recorded a double-double with 26 points and 10 rebounds for the Warriors in their 64-43 home win over Trinity Lutheran in a Class 1A second-round state playoff contest. She had 18 points and 11 rebounds in a 75-29 first-round win over Triangle Lake.

Rhyan Mogel, Clackamas

The senior guard turned in a strong all-around performance for the Cavaliers with 15 points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals in their 75-48 win over Barlow in a Mt. Hood Conference showdown at Clackamas High School.

Runon Muroya, Western Christian

The freshman guard poured in 32 points to pace the Pioneers in their 57-44 home victory against Oakridge in a Class 2A state playoff game.

Keelie O’Hollaren, Lakeridge

The senior guard/wing tallied a game-high 27 points while also having six rebounds, four steals, three assists and a block for the Pacers in their 64-42 win over rival Lake Oswego in a Three Rivers League finale at Lakeridge High School.

Sadie Paterson, South Salem

The junior guard totaled 18 points, five rebounds and five assists for the Saxons in their 64-49 win over Sprague in a Central Valley Conference game at Sprague High School.

Dianara Pena-Hutchinson, Klamath Union

The junior guard posted a game-high 23 points to help lead the Pelicans to a 52-40 victory at Stayton in a Class 4A state play-in game.

J’Bionna Robinson, Springfield

The sophomore tallied a team-high 18 points while also having five steals, three assists, a rebound and a block for the Millers in their 63-33 win over Thurston in a Midwestern League game at Springfield High School. She had 18 points, six rebounds, six steals and three assists in a 57-33 win over Eagle Point.

Danaeja Romero-Ah Sam, Springfield

The junior scored a game-high 19 points to go with six steals, five rebounds and four assists for the Millers in their 57-33 win over Eagle Point in a Midwestern League finale at Springfield High School.

Gemma Rowland, Central Linn

The senior post had a triple-double for the Cobras with 12 points, 21 rebounds and 10 steals in their 50-29 home victory over Weston-McEwen in a Class 2A first-round state playoff contest.

Rylee Russell, Eddyville Charter

The senior sank five 3-pointers and scored a game-high 30 points for the Eagles in their 64-59 home win over Umpqua Valley Christian in a Class 1A first-round state playoff game.

Haley Shimojima, Tigard

The senior guard tallied a game-high 20 points to lead the way for the Tigers in their 59-30 win over St. Mary’s Academy in a Three Rivers League game at Tigard High School.

Emma Sixta, Jesuit

The senior guard, and a team captain, scored 20 points on a 7-for-10 shooting night, including four 3-pointers, for the Crusaders in their 60-37 Metro League win at Westview. She had 24 points on an 8-for-12 shooting night, with four 3-pointers, in a 60-59 league showdown victory over Beaverton.

Ali Stevens, North Medford

The senior guard had 15 points, eight rebounds and four steals for the Black Tornado in a 67-47 setback at Willamette in a Southwest Conference finale.

Peyton Stewart, Redmond

The junior post scored a game-high 15 points while also having six rebounds for the Panthers in their 69-50 victory at Bend in an Intermountain Conference finale.

Jenna Walkenhorst, Century

The senior forward turned in a double-double for the Jaguars with 14 points and 10 rebounds in their 50-40 setback at Newberg in a Pacific Conference contest.

Ella Wedin, La Salle Prep

The senior guard scored a game-high 23 points, sinking three 3-pointers in the process, while also having four rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block for the Falcons in their 64-39 win over Wilsonville in a key Northwest Oregon Conference game at Wilsonville High School.

Sage Winslow, Crater

The sophomore guard scored a game-high 21 points and added seven steals for the Comets in their 79-39 win over Eagle Point in a Midwestern League game at Eagle Point High School. She had 18 points, five assists and four steals in a 70-17 win over Thurston. 

Diamond Wright, Sheldon

The sophomore guard/forward scored a game-high 23 points, including 16 in the first half, in helping the Irish notch a 60-50 win at Roseburg in a Southwest Conference finale.
