Cecelia Petraitis of Yamhill-Carlton voted the WaFd Bank Oregon High School Softball Athlete of the Week

Petraitis received 37.28% of the vote, beating out Lebanon’s Lexi Mulligan, who finished second with 27.87%.

Congratulations to Yamhill-Carlton’s Cecelia Petraitis for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Oregon Softball Player of the Week for the week of April 24-30. 

Petraitis, a sophomore third baseman on the Yamhill-Carlton team, was 4 for 4 with two doubles, two runs and six RBIs for the Tigers in their 18-0 win at Santiam Christian in a Special District 2 contest.

Petraitis received 37.28% of the vote, beating out Lexi Mulligan, a junior on the Lebanon team, who finished second with 27.87%. Myleigh Cooper, a sophomore on the Scio team, was third with 12.36% and Saige Casey, a freshman on the Scappoose team, was fourth with 7.18%. There were more than 69,000 votes tallied this week.
