Ezra Vice of Westview voted the WaFd Bank Oregon High School Baseball Athlete of the Week

Vice received 54.44% of the vote, beating out Regis' Bryson Nygren, who finished second with 33.15%.

Congratulations to Westview’s Ezra Vice for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Oregon Baseball Player of the Week for the week of May 15-21. 

Vice, a junior outfielder on the Westview team, tripled twice, walked twice, scored three times and drove in four runs for the Wildcats in their 10-0 win over Beaverton in a Metro League game at Westview High School. 

Vice received 54.44% of the vote, beating out Bryson Nygren, a sophomore on the Regis team, who finished second with 33.15%. Grady Saunders, a freshman on the Thurston team, was third with 5.74% and Brock Johnson, a freshman on the North Eugene team, was fourth with 2.75%. There were nearly 8,000 votes tallied this week.
