Length of Malik Ross’ touchdown return of the opening kickoff in Tualatin’s 35-28 win over Silverton in Week 2 of the fall 2021 season.
Ross’ score staked the Timberwolves to a lead they never lost against the eventual OSAA Class 5A champion.
The week after Ross’ 86-yard score, he found the end zone on an 85-yard catch-and-run touchdown pass play in Tualatin’s win over Aloha. And in Week 7, he added to his big-play résumé with a 76-yard touchdown catch for the opening score in the Timberwolves’ 24-21 win over Lakeridge.
