St. Bernard 4-star Larry Turner-Gooden commits to Arizona State football

St. Bernard 4-star DB/WR Larry Turner-Gooden committed to Arizona State on Friday afternoon.

One of the top ATH prospects in the country in the Class of 2022, Turner-Gooden picked ASU out of at least 34 offers. He joins a Sun Devils squad loaded with young talent from the CIF Southern Section, including his former Calabasas teammate WR Johnny Wilson.

Turner-Gooden played his sophomore season at Calabasas and will next suit up for a reinvigorated St. Bernard program. St. Bernard is ranked No. 15 in SBLive's Preseason Top 50.

Turner-Gooden most likely projects as a defensive back in future stages of football, but can also play wide receiver at an elite level.
