Edit: Isendre Ahfua has become a "maybe" for Oregon this weekend due to some scheduling conflicts. He said if the Oregon trip doesn't happen this weekend he intends to visit Eugene soon.

The Northwest Showcase, a satellite camp that will be attended by more than 100 top West Coast prospects and more than two dozen football coaching staffs, kicks off Saturday.

That event, a beacon for top recruits, is a golden opportunity for both the Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers to schedule unofficial visits with the camp's top performers.

Capitalizing on that opportunity, both Oregon coach Dan Lanning and Oregon State coach Jonathan Smith will be guest speakers and will have a chance to connect with recruits following the event.

Arguably the camp's headliner, class of 2024 five-star prospect Isendre Ahfua, the nation's No. 1 interior offensive lineman, is planning to make a return trip to Eugene this weekend to check out Oregon.

The 6-foot-5, 330-pound lineman, out of O'Dea High School (Seattle, Washington), took a visit to Eugene in April.

Ahfua holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Penn State, Texas, Texas A&M, USC and others.

Here's what 247Sports had to say about Ahfua as a prospect:

"The first thing you notice when you see Ahfua is that, even at 330 pounds, there is no bad weight and he's not sloppy at all. He has a great frame that will only get better as he gets older but he carries weight extremely well and uses that weight and strength to his advantage. He's strong and quick, which is a great combination for a defensive lineman but when he flips over to the offensive line, you see how light on his feet he is and how well he moves. He uses his hands well offensively but then also uses them to disengage when playing on the defensive line and he's violent and sudden on both sides of the ball. On the offensive line, his strength and aggressiveness make him an optimal guard but his foot quickness and violent nature lend to a high upside pulling guard at the next level."
