On ESPN-affiliate 1080 The FAN Thursday night, the entire "Recruiting with Andrew Nemec" radio show was dedicated to the recruitment of consensus five-star quarterback Dante Moore.

247Sports national recruiting analyst Greg Biggins joined the show for a segment to discuss Dante Moore's performance at the Elite 11, indicating he was not only 247Sports' MVP, but was also the top performer all three days of the camp.

Believing he's a future Duck, Biggins feels Moore might be the best player in the country.

"I think it does send a signal to the rest of the country that Oregon just got a guy who could very well be the No. 1 quarterback, No. 1 player in the country," Biggins said.

He also said he believes the biggest recruiting storyline right now in the Pac-12 Conference is that Oregon can survive whatever happens next.

"I've been asked a lot about Oregon - 'How is this going to affect them moving forward?' I really don't see this affecting them at all," Biggins said. "I think Oregon is such a strong national brand, and their staff recruits so aggressively. Whether they are in the Pac-12, Pac-10, the Big Ten, ACC, Big 12... doesn't matter to me what conference they are in, they've established themselves as a national brand. I think kids want to go there."
