UPDATE: Omaha Biliew commits to Iowa State over Kansas, Oregon and the G-League

Link Academy-turned-Waukee High School (Iowa) five-star power forward Omaha Biliew is one of the nation's top basketball prospects.

And he's set to come off the board Tuesday.

Biliew, the nation's No. 9 overall prospect and No. 5 power forward, will announce his college commitment at halftime of the 4 p.m. PT/7 p.m. ET game on ESPN:

The 6-foot-8, 210-pound power forward is down to a final four of Iowa State, Kansas, Oregon and the G-League.

While Biliew has kept his recruitment close to the vest, Iowa State has emerged as the favorite heading into his decision.

“They’re telling me they want me to be great, and why not be great in my home state? I know what it is over there with the facilities and the campus," he told On3. "It’s been all love, and I am building a relationship with the new staff over there. It’s going to go a long way.”

Iowa State is off the a strong start with its 2023 recruiting class, having landed Wisconsin power forward Milan Momcilovic, the nation's No. 32 overall prospect, and Georgia combo guard Jelani Hamilton, the nation's No. 129 overall prospect.

If Biliew chooses the Cyclones, their class will jump to No. 3 nationally, behind only Duke and Kentucky.
