The Florida Gators are on an absolute tear on the recruiting trail over the past 72 hours.

Florida has landed four-star wide receiver Aidan Mizell and a pair of Under Armour All-American defensive backs in Ja'Keem Jackson and Jordan Castell.

Adding to their haul, the Gators secured another key piece Saturday, as Miami Northwestern four-star wide receiver Andy Jean committed over fellow finalists Alabama, Georgia, Miami and Texas A&M:

“Coach Napier is a great dude and a great coach,” he told 247Sports. “He coached Amari Cooper (who also played at Miami Northwestern). When he got the job, he watched my tape and said right away that I reminded him of Amari Cooper. That was when I was committed to Miami, but he still called me a lot and was just like, ‘I would love to coach you and get you developed by some of the coaches I have here.’ I could feel that it was real and he wasn’t just lying to me.”

Jean is rated the nation's No. 322 overall prospect and No. 42 wide receiver, but held 30 scholarship offers and was one of the most coveted pass-catchers in the state.

As a junior, Jean hauled in 40 receptions for 733 yards and eight touchdowns.

Florida's 2023 recruiting class, which began the week just inside the top-25 nationally, has jumped to No. 13, overtaking notable programs Oregon, Louisville, Baylor and USC in the process.
