The Mater Dei Monarchs are the nation's No. 1 high school football program.

And on Saturday a huge collection of their top players will be in Eugene for unofficial visits with the Oregon Ducks.

The headliner of that group may just be Mater Dei sophomore Jordon Davison, a five-star prospect and the nation's No. 1 running back:

It's early in Davison's recruitment, but the 5-foot-11, 210-pound ball-carrier already holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M, USC and others.

Early on, Ohio Sate and USC have stood out, as Davison grew up a fan of the Buckeyes and has taken trips to see the Trojans.

But Oregon has made Mater Dei a priority and this weekend's visitor list could help.

Along with Davison, Dan Lanning's program is also set to host elite offensive line duo Brandon Baker and DeAndre Carter, dynamic athlete Nathaniel Frazier, young wide receiver Marcus Harris and several others.
