There's no bigger high school football game anywhere in the country than Mater Dei at St. John Bosco.

The game features more than 70 players with football scholarship offers and enough talent to warrant a "top 20 recruits" list.
So, naturally college football coaches are paying close attention to the proceedings.
On Friday night, Texas Longhorns coaches Steve Sarkisian and Kyle Flood were spotted at the game, likely checking out the top uncommitted talent, as well as Mater Dei offensive lineman Brandon Baker, the nation's No. 1 offensive tackle.
Of course, Baker isn't the only talent Sarkisian is hoping to add.
Aside from the bevy of 2025 and 2026 prospects, Texas also recently hosted Auburn pledge and four-star offensive lineman DeAndre Carter, the nation's No. 3 interior offensive lineman.
Could Sark pull off the major recruiting coup and bring arguably the top two offensive lineman on the West Coast to Texas?
If, in fact, everything is bigger in Texas, the dynamic duo of Baker and Carter would certainly be a fit.
