We have 10 players nominated this week for SBLive’s South Carolina High School Softball Player of the Week from March 10-16 and we ask you, the fans, to help decide who should indeed be the top athlete selected. Voting will conclude on Saturday, March 23 at 11:59 p.m. and the winner will be announced in next week’s poll.

Jaidyn Devore, Barnwell

Devore is on this list again with yet another standout performance. This time she threw a no-hitter with 15 strikeouts as the War Horses beat Silver Bluff 2-0.

Reagan Haggard, Chapin

Haggard had a huge game by smashing two home runs and driving in six runs as Chapin downed North Augusta 8-5.

Allie Davis, Wagener-Salley

Davis had a home run, double and four RBIs as the War Eagles beat American Leadership Academy 15-9.

Ayden Leaphart, Gilbert

Leaphart was 2-for-4 with a walk-off home run and 3 RBIs as the Indians overwhelmed Fox Creek 13-2 in five innings.

Aspen Boulware, Gray Collegiate Academy

Boulware was a perfect 4-for-4 and also had 2 RBIs as the War Eagles beat Dutch Fork 13-1 in five innings.

Elena Mathys, Hartsville

Mathys had a big week in the circle with a pair of shutouts. The junior right-hander threw a five-inning one-hitter with 10 strikeouts in a 10-0 win over Myrtle Beach. Then she tossed a six-hitter with nine strikeouts in a 6-0 win over North Myrtle Beach.

Ashley Duncan, Blythewood

Duncan smashed two home runs and had four RBIs as the Bengals pounded Fort Mill 13-3 in five innings.

Jadan Lee, Hannah-Pamplico

Lee was 2-for-4 with a home run and 5 RBIs as the Raiders beat Green Sea Floyds 10-0.

Sayde Parris, Boiling Springs

Parris went 5-for-5 with a home run and 6 RBIs in a 19-8 win over Spartanburg.

Mackenzie Melton, North Central

Melton threw an eight-inning four-hitter with 12 strikeouts as the Knights edged Chesterfield 3-2.
