The Panthers hammered McKinney 69-49 to win their third consecutive 6A state title
SAN ANTONIO, Texas - Duncanville left no doubt.
Led by 6A State Tournament MVP Anthony Black, the Panthers hammered McKinney 69-49 Saturday night to win their third consecutive Class 6A Texas (UIL) boys basketball state championship.
Black led the way with 17 points and Davion Sykes added 13.
McKinney guard Ja'Kobe Walter led all scorers with 23 points.
Duncanville came into the state tournament ranked No. 2 in the country in the SBLive/SI Power 25. The Panthers have now won 26 consecutive playoff games.
