UIL Class 6A Texas high school girls basketball brackets: Regional semifinal playoff matchups, game times

With four months of regular-season action and nearly half of the postseason officially in the books, it’s time to turn our attention to the fourth round of the 2022-23 Texas high school girls basketball playoffs.

Now after winning their bi-district, area and regional quarterfinals playoff matchups during the opening three rounds of the postseason, the Lone Star State’s top 16 teams from six different classification levels have survived and advanced to their respective regional tournaments in the UIL’s Class 1A-6A girls basketball playoffs, with regional semifinal games tipping off Friday, Feb. 24, and regional finals matchups following on Saturday, Feb. 25.
