After a hectic regular season and a dramatic opening two rounds of playoff action, the top high school baseball squads across the Lone Star State are moving on and continuing their postseason push in the regional quarterfinals of the 2023 UIL baseball playoffs.
The road to the UIL Baseball State Championships in Austin rolls on after postseason play began with fiercely competitive bi-district and area rounds leaving the state’s 32 most elite Class 5A teams still standing to march into the third round of the Texas high school baseball playoffs.
Which teams will win their third-round matchups this weekend to secure spots in the ‘Sweet 16’ and take another big step toward punching their ticket to the UIL Baseball State Tournament?
