Photos: Hailey Van Lith, Cashmere rally to beat La Salle and advance to 1A girls basketball state title game
YAKIMA - Hailey Van Lith scored 24 points and sparked a second-half rally to lift Cashmere to a 46-37 win over La Salle in the WIAA Class 1A girls basketball state semifinals on Friday.
Trailing 20-16 at halftime, Cashmere outscored La Salle 30-17 in the second half. The Bulldogs will face the winner of Freeman vs. Lynden Christian in the 1A championship game Saturday night at 9 p.m.
