After two games, Sumner junior running back Peyton Wing has seven touchdowns - including four in his team's 46-0 win over Emerald Ridge.
Junior tailback Peyton Wing rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns, added another two receiving scores - and pulled down a one-handed interception as Sumner blanked Emerald Ridge, 46-0, on Thursday night at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.
Last week, Wing scored three times in a season-opening victory over Curtis. He now has seven touchdowns in two games.
His interception near midfield set up his 2-yard scoring plunge with nine seconds remaining in the first half, giving the Spartans a 39-0 lead.
