Coming off two 1A state playoff appearances, Deer Park boys and girls basketball focused on building toward future
Deer Park girls basketball player Taylor Lyons and seniors on the boys team Dawson Youngblood and Jackson Dean joined SBLive Washington's 2021 basketball media day to discuss how the Stags programs stayed ready during the prolonged, uncertain high school sports pause, the girls team's rise to winning ways and more.
The interview was recorded on May 6, before the start of the season. The Stags are midway through the season competing in the Northeast A League.
