Kamiakin's Tyler Bilodeau named Washington's Mr. Basketball for 2021-22 by state coaches association

Central Valley's Dylan Darling is the 4A state player of the year, Auburn's Tre Blassingame wins in 3A. Here are the rest of WIBCA's boys player of the year selections by classification.

Kamiakin forward Tyler Bilodeau was named Mr. Basketball by the Washington Interscholastic Basketball Coaches Association, an award that goes to the state boys basketball senior of the year across all classifications according to coaches, the association announced Monday.

Bilodeau, the two-time Mid-Columbia Conference player of the year and an Oregon State signee, led Kamiakin to a league title, a top four seed in the 4A state tournament and a fourth place finish on Saturday.

Selections are made by WIBCA coaches, which represents boys basketball teams. WIBCA said its senior all-state teams for each classification are in the works.

Hansen, No. 10, helped the Knights win the 1A state title as a sophomore and back to the title game as a senior.
