Anthony Batson Jr., Notre Dame Prep

The senior scored a team-high 14 points while also having eight rebounds and a pair of blocks for the Saints in their 65-38 setback against Millennium in an Open division semifinal contest played at Chaparral High School.

Owen Bell, ALA-Gilbert North

The senior wing scored a game-high 17 points for the Eagles in a 55-51 loss against Sahuaro in a Class 4A semifinal contest played at ALA-Gilbert North High School.

Kaelum Brown, Casteel

The senior forward/center stepped up with a game-high 27 points in leading the Colts to a 67-60 double-overtime win over Canyon View in a Class 5A semifinal game played at Casteel High School.

Sabien Cain, Millennium

The senior guard scored a game-high 33 points, including 25 points in the first half, coming on seven 3-pointers, for the Tigers in a 71-67 loss to Perry in the Open division championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Blake Carabio, Ironwood

The senior guard scored a team-high 21 points on 7 for 13 shooting in the Eagles’ 71-68 win over Higley in a Class 5A semifinal game played at Ironwood High School.

Quincy Everson, Millennium

The junior tallied 19 points, tying him for game-high scoring honors, in the Tigers’ 65-38 victory against Notre Dame Prep in an Open division semifinal game played at Chaparral High School.

Noah Gifft, Ironwood

The senior guard scored a game-high 27 points, sinking five 3-pointers in the process, in pacing the Eagles in a 55-31 win over Casteel in the Class 5A state championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. He also had 20 points, three rebounds and three assists in a 71-68 semifinal win over Higley.

Sergio Gonzales, Deer Valley

The sophomore scored 18 points, including the Skyhawks’ final 11 points of the game, helping them rally to post a 51-48 win over Mesquite in a Class 4A semifinal contest played at Mesquite High School.

D’Andre Harrison, Perry

The junior wing had 17 points and nine rebounds in the Pumas’ 71-67 victory against Millennium in the Open division championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Luke Haugo, Higley

The junior scored a team-high 18 points for the Knights in their 71-68 loss against Ironwood in a Class 5A semifinal game played at Ironwood High School.

Jackson Hunter, Liberty

The junior guard had 14 points, eight rebounds and two assists for the Lions in their 69-63 victory against Sandra Day O’Connor in the Class 6A state championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Quincy Kirk, Canyon View

The junior guard had a team-high 20 points and five rebounds for the Jaguars in a 67-60 double-overtime setback to Casteel in a Class 5A semifinal contest played at Casteel High School.

Cisco Llamas, Sahuaro

The sophomore point guard scored 13 points, tying him for team-high honors, while also sinking some clutch free throws down the stretch for the Cougars in their 55-51 win at ALA-Gilbert in a Class 4A semifinal tilt. He then scored 14 points, tying him for game-high honors in a 63-61 overtime loss to Deer Valley in the state championship contest.

Denali McNeal, Canyon View

The junior guard had 19 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals for the Jaguars in a 67-60 double-overtime loss to Casteel in a Class 5A semifinal game played at Casteel High School.

Desean Middlebrook, Mesquite

The sophomore wing tallied a game-high 19 points for the Wildcats in a 51-48 loss to Deer Valley in a Class 4A semifinal contest played at Mesquite High School.

Stephan Miller, Liberty

The junior guard scored a team-high 28 points on 12 of 16 shooting, getting 15 of his points in the fourth quarter, in helping the Lions post a 79-77 win over Pinnacle in a Class 6A semifinal contest played at Pinnacle High School.

Ring Nyeri, Liberty

The senior forward/center had another big game for the Lions, scoring 26 points while also having nine rebounds in helping lead the Lions to a 69-63 win over Sandra Day O’Connor in the Class 6A state championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. He also had 20 points, eight rebounds and five blocks in a 79-77 victory against Pinnacle in a semifinal game.

Koa Peat, Perry

The junior wing stepped up in a big way with 35 points, 16 rebounds and seven assists for the Pumas in their 63-46 win over Basha in an Open division semifinal game played at Chaparral High School. He then had 21 points, 13 rebounds and four assists in a 71-67 victory over Millennium in the championship contest, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. 

Nick Ponds, Sahuaro 

The senior scored 14 points (including six in overtime), tying him for game-high honors, for the Cougars in their 63-61 overtime loss against Deer Valley in the Class 4A state championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Tommy Randolph, Pinnacle

The senior point guard scored a game-high 25 points for the Pioneers in a 79-77 loss to Liberty in a Class 6A semifinal contest played at Pinnacle High School.

Aidan Schmidt, Casteel

The senior forward scored 19 points to help the Colts tip Canyon View 67-60 in double overtime in a Class 5A semifinal tilt played at Casteel High School.

I’yar Shadowvine, Ironwood

The junior guard stepped up with 14 points, five rebounds and four assists for the Eagles in their 55-31 victory against Casteel in the Class 5A state championship contest, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Michael Simcoe, Sandra Day O’Connor

The junior forward scored a game-high 28 points for the Eagles in a 69-63 loss against Liberty in the Class 6A state championship game, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Kingston Tosi, Millennium

The junior scored 19 points, tying him for game-high honors, helping the Tigers score a 65-38 win over Notre Dame Prep in an Open division semifinal game played at Chaparral High School.

Travis Vasquez, Deer Valley

The senior scored 13 points, including a key 3-pointer in overtime, helping the Skyhawks post a 63-61 win over Sahuaro in the Class 4A state championship contest, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Tyler Wenk, Deer Valley

The senior posted 13 points, tying him for team-high honors, in helping the Skyhawks score a 63-61 victory against Sahuaro in the Class 4A state title tilt, played at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
