TACOMA — After being held to six points on Friday night, Jabe Mullins went off for 26 points on Saturday to lead Mount Si to a 58-47 victory over Central Valley in the 4A state championship game.

Mount Si only had scoring from 5 players, but Mullins' 26 points and 7 assists, along with Hayden Curtiss' 12 proved to be enough to escape the Bears.

Central Valley had a balanced scoring attack with eight players scoring at least one field goal. Teagan Hoard led the way with 13 points. Gavin Gilstrap was a rebound and two points shy of a double-double with 8 points and 9 rebounds.

After falling just one win short in 2019, Mount Si prevails in 2020 to become the Washington 4A basketball state champions.
