There was always going to be a lot of buzz surrounding Sierra Canyon boys basketball this season, and that was before Zaire Wade, Ziaire Williams and Bronny James joined the team.

The school released the team's 2019-20 schedule this week, and it's daunting. The Trailblazers will travel across the country taking on some of the nation's best teams. Sierra Canyon will also face off against a few local powers.

Here are the games to watch:

  • November 21: The Trailblazers begin their season in San Diego at the Tip-Off Classic at Montgomery High School.
  • December 14: Sierra Canyon travels to play St. Vincent-St. Mary, the school Lebron James attended.
  • December 26-30: The best chance to catch last year's open division state champs locally comes at the Damien Classic from Dec. 26-30. Several of the west coast's top programs will challenge Sierra Canyon for the championship in the platinum division of that tournament.
  • January 11: The Trailblazers will take on Rancho Christian in what should be an epic rematch of last season's regular season finale. Sierra Canyon will have revenge on its mind in that one after coming up short a year ago.
  • January 15: League play begins for the Trailblazers against Viewpoint.
  • January 23: The Trailblazers host rival Windward.
