THREE TO SEE

Cameron Iribarren QB

At QB, Iribarren rushed for more yards than he threw for in 2018. He passed for 13 scores and ran for 15. The senior is a true dual-threat quarterback.

Leondre Coleman RB

All-CIF selection last season. He rushed for 1,060 yards and 11 TDs. Coleman also caught five touchdowns. As a linebacker, he made 65 tackles.

Jacob Nunez OL, DL

Arizona State commit will anchor the line on both sides of the ball.

OUTLOOK

The Braves are a legit Division 5 contender. Their dynamic running game wins games, like last year showed, and a drop to D-5 will help come playoff time.

The Channel League isn’t very tough and Lompoc should win it again. The only fear is that their schedule won’t adequately prepare them for a deep playoff run.
