THREE TO SEE

CJ Montes, QB

Montes is very talented but he has moved around a lot. Time will tell if Paraclete is his final landing spot.

Amir Bankhead, RB

Bankhead is fully healthy for 2019 after missing last
season. He was recently offered by Colorado.

Jalen Williams, CB

Intercepted two passes and made 20 tackles last season.

OUTLOOK

Paraclete should have a better season than last year’s 5-7 one. Sierra Canyon will most likely win the Gold Coast League, but Paraclete is a playoff team.

CJ Montes is a good quarterback. Amir Bankhead is a great running back. If Dean Herrington gets the team to gel they’ll have a shot at the semifinals. Defensive depth is a question.
