Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Massachusetts High School Athlete of the Week for April 25-May 1 as nominated by fans, readers and SBLive’s staff. Catie Wilson, Oliver Ames girls lacrosse: Wilson led Oliver Ames with seven goals in a 15-7 win over Milford.

Elsie Testa, Abington softball: In her first varsity start, Testa picked up the win in the circle by striking out 11 batters and only allowing five hits in six innings pitched against Rockland.

Sandy Fairbairn, Norton softball: Fairbairn went a perfect 4-for-4 at the plate with three RBIs in a 9-3 win against Westwood.

Celeste Fuccillo, Everett softball: Fuccillo tossed a one-hitter shutout in five innings pitched, to lead Everett to a 17-0 win against Weymouth.

Kate O'Toole, Archbishop Williams girls lacrosse: O'Toole scored four goals and added an assist in a 10-9 win over Bishop Stang.

Jaidin Russell, Newton South boys volleyball: Russell finished with 28 kills in a 3-2 (17-25, 25-18, 20-25, 25-21, 20-18) Dual County League win over Wayland. 

Thomas Shurtleff, Medfield baseball: Shurtleff tossed a complete game shutout with six strikeouts and only allowed three hits in a 2-0 win over Hopkinton.

Tim Rogers, BC High lacrosse: Rogers scored three goals (hat-trick) in a shutout 11-0 win against Malden Catholic.

Jeremy Angeles, Sandwich baseball: The junior right-hander tossed a complete game and only allowed three hits in an 8-3 win over Martha’s Vineyard.

Jack Digirolamo, Canton baseball: Digirolamo went 3-for-4 at the plate with a double, two RBIs, and scored two runs in a 10-6 win over Sharon.
