The senior night victory clinched the No. 2 seed in Region 1 for New Hope
COLUMBUS, Miss. - Amya Sampson belted a three-run home run to help lead New Hope to an 11-4 victory over Amory on Tuesday night.
Adi Dueitt picked up the win in the circle for New Hope, striking out eight and scattering just five hits.
The senior night victory clinched the No. 2 seed in Region 1 for New Hope. The Trojans will open the 5A playoffs on Friday at home against Canton.
