Parkway Central wins first Missouri Class 4A girls state track championship

Skyye Lee won two hurdles events and helped two relay teams win titles.

Parkway Central won five events en route to its first Class 4 girls team title at the Missouri State High School Activities Association State Track and Field Championships at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City. Skyye Lee won both hurdles events and was a part of two winning relay teams to aid the Colts in winning the team title. 

The Colts scored 78 points to claim the team race while West Plains earned second place with 52 points and Kearney placed third with 45 points. Nerinx Hall rounded out the podium with a fourth-place finish as the Markers scored 38 points.
