Friday is decision day for Imhotep Institute (Pennsylvania) four-star cornerback Kenny Woseley.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound defensive back, rated the nation's No. 178 overall prospect and No. 21 cornerback, is down to a final four Michigan, Nebraska, Penn State and Rutgers.

Woseley will announce his commitment Friday at 5 p.m. ET on 247Sports' YouTube channel.

So, who is going to win the battle for the bluechip cornerback?

Prediction: Kenny Woseley to Penn State Nittany Lions

Already boasting commitments from McDowell four-star offensive lineman Cooper Cousins and Central Catholic four-star linebacker Anthony Speca, Penn State is likely to add a third in-state pledge to its 2024 class this weekend.

Woseley has visited Penn State five times and has yet to take trips to either Michigan or Nebraska.

The only other finalist he's visited thus far is Rutgers.

That familiarity could play huge dividends in Woseley's recruitment, as Penn State should hold a significant upper hand over the Scarlet Knights.

While the in-state defensive back has kept his cards pretty close to the vest concerning his interest in the Nittany Lions, he did have high praise for the program as a developer of complete student-athletes.

"At Penn State, not only are they going to develop and help you on the field, but off the field they are doing as much as they can to develop you as a young man in life," he told SBLive Sports.

So, is "Woseley to Penn State" a lock?

It certainly looks like the most likely scenario.

247Sports has two predictions so far and both are in favor of the Nittany Lions, while On3 gives Penn State a 95.7 percent change of securing his commitment.

We'll have to wait until Friday to officially get an answer, but it sure looks like Penn State's in-state hot streak on the recruiting trail is set to continue.
