>>> Prediction: Where is Kenny Woseley headed?

Class of 2024 Imhotep Institute (Pennsylvania) four-star cornerback Kenny Woseley is ready to announce his college commitment.

The 5-foot-11, 170-pound cornerback recently named a final four of Michigan, Nebraska, Penn State and Rutgers and set a commitment date for Friday (March 3):

Rated the nation's No. 178 overall prospect and No. 21 cornerback, Woseley racked up nearly 30 scholarship offers during the recruiting process and eliminated programs such as Florida, Georgia, Miami, Oregon, Stanford, Texas A&M and Wisconsin.

On Sunday, the dynamic defensive back broke down each of his four finalists.

Michigan Wolverines

"What stands out about Michigan, to me, is that they are always competing in the highest level of high school football, the college football playoff. The compete in the Big Ten against numerous teams that are good and play scrappy ball. I'm a competitive myself. I think, 'Why not put myself in a position to compete at the next level as well?'"

"Also, I like the coaching staff. Coach (Grant) Newsome, that's my lead recruiter... coach Jim Harbaugh, he has experience in the NFL, which is always a great thing when you're looking into a school. Also, coach [Steve Clinkscale], I like what he's doing with the defensive backs at Michigan."

"Overall, Michigan is a good place."

Nebraska Cornhuskers

"What stands out about Nebraska is that they have guys that are familiar with Philadelphia and can relate to you outside of football... on and off the field."

"Matt Rhule coaching at Temple a few years ago and his coaching staff having experience in the NFL, and some of those guys being from Philadelphia, that's always a good thing because they can relate to you and have seen some of the things you've seen."

Penn State Nittany Lions

"At Penn State, not only are they going to develop and help you on the field, but off the field they are doing as much as they can to develop you as a young man in life."

Rutgers Scarlet Knights

"I like how family-oriented they are - just like Penn State. I've visited and felt the home-life experience. And Rutgers is close to home. It's always good to have a school that is close to home."

"Rutgers is only an hour away from my house, so my family could make every home game if they can."

"I like what coach (Greg) Schiano is doing with the program. They are headed in the right direction, so I like that as well."

Early Enrollment?

Regardless of where Woseley ends up, he won't be enrolling early, as his high school doesn't allow for early graduation.

But he's eager to lock in his commitment and is still working on setting up the details of his announcement (time, location, etc.).

For one of his four finalists, Friday will be a good day on the recruiting trail.
