Here are the candidates for SBLive’s Pennsylvania high school athlete of the week for March 4-10. Read through the nominees and cast your vote. Voting will conclude Sunday at 11:59 p.m. Votes must be made in the poll and emailed votes will not count. Layke Fields, Kennedy Catholic girls basketball

In a win over Fort Cherry, Fields scored a game-high 28 points. 

Jax Forrest, Bishop McCort Wrestling

Took home the Class 2A state title at 127 pounds with a tech fall win at 4:32.

Gianna Gallucci, Bishop McCort girls basketball

Had a game-high 25 points in a win over Serra Catholic.

Sean Kinney, Nazareth wrestling

Won the state title in Class 3A at 285 pounds with a tech fall victory at 4:08.

Peter Kramer, Hampton boys basketball

Dropped a game-high 24 points in a win over Hickory.

Mike Mathias,  Bethel Park boys basketball

Knocked down six 3-pointers and scored 22 points in a win over Hershey.

Greta O'Brien, Avonworth girls basketball

Scored a game-high 25 points in a win over Wilmington. 

Giyannah Parlante, Neumann Regional Academy girls basketball

The senior had a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds in a win over High Point Baptist Academy. 

Makayla Presser-Palmer, Northwestern girls basketball 

Had 36 points as the Wildcats defeated Keystone Oaks 67-47.

Kareena Preuss, Spring-Ford girls basketball

In a win over Northeastern, the junior had 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting and grabbed nine rebounds.

Joseph Roth, Ellwood City boys basketball

Scored 31 points and grabbed 17 rebounds in a win over Westmont Hilltop. 

Shayla Smith, Audenried girls basketball

In a win over Eastern York, Smith scored 32 points and pulled down 13 rebounds. 

Iyanna Wade, Clairton girls basketball

Scored 39 of Clairton's 55 points in a win over Redbank Valley.

Gemma Walker, Peters Township girls basketball

Dropped a game-high 30 points in a win over Lebanon. 

Courtney Wallace, Neighborhood Academy boys basketball

Had a double-double with 25 points and 10 boards in a win over Rocky Grove.

Wil Wertman, Elk County Catholic boys basketball

In a win over Monessen, Wertman scored 34 points. 

Asher White, Fox Chapel boys basketball

Scored a game-high 23 points in a win over Erie Cathedral Prep.

Chase Yanoski, Mechanicsburg boys basketball

Had a 33-point performance in a win over Gateway.
