Osceola High School (Florida) is known for producing elite high school football prospects, and has a special nucleus brewing in the class of 2023.

In fact, the group is so special that the All-American games have come calling.

Four-star defensive lineman John Walker accepted an Under Armour All-American Game invitation in early March.

And just two months later, the UA game added a second Osceola star.

On Monday, 247Sports four-star cornerback Ja'Keem Jackson announced his intentions to play in the celebrated national all-star game:

"It feels very good," he said. "Growing up as a kid, that was a dream. There was no other option. I just went ahead and committed. It's an honor, because all of this hard work is paying off. I'm very happy to make my family proud. It's a blessing."

With Walker and Jackson both locked into the game, Osceola might make it a trio.

"Derrick LeBlanc, we're trying to get him to come to Under Armour, too," Jackson said.

Rated the nation's No. 19 cornerback and No. 202 overall prospect, the Osceola defensive back has racked up nearly 30 offers, highlighted by Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, State, Miami (Fla.), Michigan State, Penn State, Tennessee and many others.

Hoping to make progress in his recruitment, Jackson has set three June official visits: Penn State (June 10), Iowa State (June 17) and Tennessee (June 24).

The return trip to Knoxville is especially intriguing to the bluechip corner, as he visited already earlier this spring.

"Tennessee, they really stood out to me," he said. "It was my first time going. They really stood out. It's a big place. It was very nice. I like the whole staff. They've got a lot of resources and I like the players and the fit. It's very exciting."

Jackson said Florida State was also a standout visit, and he's looking forward to visiting there again as an offered recruit.

"it's a good relationship," he said. "I went before they offered me, so we were like family even before they offered me - Coach (Marcus) Woodson, Coach (Mike) Norvell."

While it's early in his recruitment, Jackson clearly is planning to take a big step forward with his summer visits.
