Did Oregon Ducks official visitor hint at multiple new commitments?

Could Oregon be close to adding multiple new commitments?

UPDATE >>> Clackamas OL Devin Brooks commits to Oregon over USC, Washington following official visit

The Oregon Ducks have several prospects on campus for June official visits this weekend, and fans may have been given a sneak peak at just how well those trips are going.

On Friday night, Long Beach Poly (California) four-star linebacker Dylan Williams, the nation's No. 171 overall prospect and No. 16 linebacker, tweeted a pair of duck emojis:

Typically in the Oregon recruiting world, a duck emoji signifies a commitment.

In the past when the Ducks secured multiple commitments in a weekend, the coaching staff and fellow recruits would hint at the number of new additions with a corresponding number of duck emojis.

So, Williams' tweet was immediately accepted as a sign that the Ducks may, in fact, have added two new players into the class of 2024.

Still, it's far from a lock.

Williams could have been celebrating Oregon's back-to-back home runs in baseball or simply tweeted to announce his arrival.

Either way, fans are certainly going to try to read the tea leaves after his tweet.

Who is Oregon hosting this weekend?

- Aaron Scott, nation's No. 6 cornerback (Springfield; Ohio)

- Dylan Williams (see above)

- Christian Clark, coveted running back/athlete who is down to a final five of Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Oregon and Texas (Mountain Pointe; Arizona)

- Ryner Swanson, nation's No. 9 tight end; Oregon, Texas among top suitors (Laguna Beach; California)

- Devin Brooks, versatile offensive lineman and No. 1 prospect in Oregon (Clackamas; Oregon)
