I'Marion Stewart, coveted 4-star wide receiver, sets Friday commitment, previews final 4
Kenwood Academy (Illinois) four-star athlete I'Marion Stewart is ready to to make his college decision.
On Wednesday, the 6-foot, 180-pound dynamic playmaker announced a Friday commitment date, along with a top four of Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin:
Shortly thereafter, Stewart joined SBLive Sports to give his thoughts on each of his four finalists.
Michigan: "As we all know, I've been to Michigan a few times... about six-to-eight times. The offense they run, they can use me a lot of ways in that offense. Coach Bellamy compared me to Roman Wilson in all of the ways they get him the ball - the run game, the pass game, kick return, punt return."
"My official visit was good. I've been there a few times, so I've really seen everything. This time I got a good tour of the campus, and I talked to the players and coaches. I had a good time with them."
Oregon: "Oregon? The Ducks are the Ducks. They're the Ducks. I went to a camp there. They offered me on the spot and coach said he liked me and could use my speed."
"The Pac-12 is somewhere I'd be able to fit in."
Tennessee: "When I visited Tennessee I liked it a lot. I actually went the Tennessee game against Alabama. I got to watch a lot of the way they play. They pass the ball a lot and I'm a receiver, so that's what I like to see."
"They run a similar offense to my old school, Bolingbrook. They way they use their players would be a good way to use me."
Wisconsin: "They pass the ball a lot more, definitely loving that. New coaching staff from Cincinnati, I'm cool with everybody there. They love me, I love them and my family likes them."
"I've had a good time when I was there."
Stewart intends to graduate high school in December and arrive at the school of his choice in early January.
