Watch: Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State Buckeyes signee, catches first touchdown of All-American Bowl

Chaminade-Madonna (Florida) five-star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith hauls in the first touchdown of the All-American Bowl

The top recruit in the class of 2024 and the top recruit in the All-American Bowl didn't take long to make a splash.

During the game's opening drive, Chaminade-Madonna (Florida) five-star wide receiver and Ohio State Buckeyes signee Jeremiah Smith easily separated from his defender for a touchdown grab Saturday:

The 6-foot-3, 214-pound pass-catcher signed with Ohio State in December after a months-long verbal commitment.

During that time, however, Smiths recruitment provided a little bit of drama, as he visited several programs, including Florida State and Miami.

In the end, however, Smith said he never wavered.

And that's good news for Ohio State, a program that has a history of turning highly-rated pass-catchers into future NFL stars.

Is Smith next?

It sure looks like it!
