Mukwonago (7-0, 6-0) started the season strong and has managed to remain undefeated to this point, but the Indians are coming off a pair of really close calls that almost had them sitting at 5-2 this week.

They snuck by Arrowhead with a 31-30 victory in Week 6, stopping a two-point conversion with 14 seconds left on the clock to stay unbeaten, then needed a 3-yard touchdown run by senior Wynn Stang with 26.3 seconds remaining and the ensuring extra point by junior Ryan McCormack to outlast Oconomowoc 28-25 last week.

The Indians aren't exactly limping into this game, but they haven't looked as strong as they did at the beginning of the season

Kettle Moraine (5-2, 4-1) on the other hand, looks like its hitting its stride as it enters this matchup with Mukwonago. The Lasers dropped two of their first three games, but since their Week 3 loss to Arrowhead, they've outscored their last four opponents 158-10 and are coming into this matchup off back-to-back shutouts.

Despite their two losses, the Lasers currently sit in second place in the Classic Eight standings, and a win this week would leave them tied with Mukwonago for first place with one regular season game left on the schedule.

This game features two of the best teams in Wisconsin going head-to-head for the top spot in their district and an upper hand heading into the postseason. You don't want to miss it.
