RANCHO BERNARDO, Calif.-- Senior running back Frankie Franchina ran for 115 yards and a touchdown, leading Rancho Bernardo to a 15-14 victory over The Bishop's School in the first round of the San Diego Section Division 2 playoffs on Friday night. Franchina ran for just under 1,600 yards during the regular season and received his normal workload on Friday, diving in for a one-yard touchdown on fourth and goal that put the Broncos up 9-7 in the third quarter.
