BELLFLOWER, Calif. -- Four more St. John Bosco Braves signed Letters of Intent to play college football on Wednesday. The school had six football players sign NLI's during the early signing period in December.

Wide receiver Colin Chase signed with St. Thomas on Wednesday. Chedon James, another receiver, signed with Air Force. Defensive lineman Jairus Satele put pen to paper on his NLI with San Jose State and cornerback Tayvion Beasley signed with Jackson State.

James and Chase each received offers from their respective schools in 2021. San Jose State offered Satele last month. Beasley wasn't offered by Jackson State until Tuesday night, when head coach Deion Sanders gave him a call.

"Without them I don’t know where I’d be going," Beasley said. "They took a chance on me.”

In his three year varsity career at St. John Bosco, Beasley made 65 tackles and had two interceptions. He also recovered two fumbles.

He discusses the whirlwind past 48 hours of his recruitment below.
