LA City Section All-CIF football selections: Birmingham's Arlis Boardingham named Player of the Year
Players of the Year from all four LA City Section playoff divisions were chosen in addition to individual honorees. Coaches of the Year were selected as well.
The LA City Section has released its annual list of All-CIF football players. The honors were selected by the Section football coaches who attended the All-City meeting after player nominations from each league were sent in. Players of the Year from all four LA City Section playoff divisions were chosen in addition to individual honorees. Coaches of the Year were selected as well.
In the Open Division, Birmingham senior wide receiver and defensive lineman Arlis Boardingham was named Player of the Year.
