We evaluated players in every Section of the state to compile a roster of the 21 best players in California — seven pitchers and 14 position players.

The 2023 high school baseball season is underway in parts of California, and will be underway statewide over the next 10 days. This season figures to be another exciting spring in one of the country's deepest and most talented states for high school baseball.
