Over the last couple of weeks we have ranked the Top 20 pitchers, catchers, first basemen and second basemen. Now, we're turning our attention to the shortstops.

TOP 20 SHORTSTOPS IN FLORIDA BASEBALL

1. Cade Kurland, Jr. (Berkeley Prep)

The University of Florida commit ranks at the top among shortstops, with 10 home runs this season.

2. George Lombard, Jr. (Gulliver Prep)

Lombard, a Vanderbilt commit, ranks second in the state among shortstops with 9 home runs in 21 games played this season.

3. Eric Fernandez, Jr. (Riviera Prep)

Fernandez has hit two grand slams for the Bulldogs this season.

4. Greg Pettay, Sr. (The First Academy- Orlando)

The UCF signee has an on-base percentage of .573 in 23 games played this season for the Royals.

5. Colby Jones, Sr. (Holmes County)

Jones leads the team with a .607 on-base percentage in 23 games played this season for the Blue Devils.

6. Wyatt Jenkins, Jr. (Lakeland Christian)

Jenkins drove in a season-high five runs back on March 4, in a 16-1 win over Victory Christian.

7. Jacob Daltrui, Sr. (Fort Myers)

Daltrui ranks third among shortstops with 26 runs batted in this season.

8. Richie Collazo, Jr. (George Jenkins)

Collazo has recorded a .513 on-base percentage in 22 games played this season for the Eagles.

9. Adrian Santana, Jr. (Doral Academy)

Santana ranks fourth in the state among shortstops with 32 runs scored this season.

10. David Odom, Jr. (Northview)

Odom has a .438 batting average in 20 games this season for the Chiefs.

11. Ethan Petry, Sr. (Cypress Creek- Wesley Chapel)

The South Carolina commit has 28 stolen bases this season for the Coyotes.

12. Tristian Johnson, So. (Palm Beach Lakes)

Johnson has scored a team-high 27 runs this season for the Rams.

13. Anthony Williams, Sr. (Rickards)

Williams has 37 stolen bases and a .641 on-base percentage for the Raiders this season.

14. Logan Chapman, Jr. (Lake Brantley)

Chapman has a .947 fielding percentage for the Patriots this season.

15. Colton Pizzio, Sr. (Leto)

Pizzio is batting .420 with 29 hits in 22 games this season.

16. Cole Horton, Sr. (Mosley)

Horton has a .421 on-base percentage in 21 games played this season for the Dolphins.

17. Noah Sheffield, So. (Tampa Prep)

Sheffield has a .415 batting average in 20 games this season for the Terrapins.

18. Eli Palmar, Sr. (Dade Christian)

Palmar has a .541 on-base percentage in 22 games played this season for the Crusaders.

19. Jack Martinez, Sr. (Jesuit)

Martinez has a .410 on-base percentage in 22 games played for the Tigers this season.

20. Landen Maroudis, Jr. (Calvary Christian- Clearwater)

The NC State verbal commit has an on-base percentage of .487 this season for the Warriors.
