There was a postseason atmosphere in Southwest Florida last week, as two boys basketball games were for conference championships.

Plus, there were plenty of other big-time games. But which player had the best performance? You can help us decide by voting in the Southwest Florida Boys Basketball Player of the Week.

Voting is open through Sunday, January 28 at 11:59 p.m., and the winner will be announced in next week's poll.

Jerry Ashley, Bishop Verot: Led Verot to the Private 8 finals with 20 points and 12 rebounds in a semifinal win.

Calven Charles, Palmetto Ridge: Put up 29 points, more than half his team's total, as the Bears won the CCAC championship.

Giordan Easley, Cypress Lake: Made 12 of 14 shot attempts on the way to 27 points against Riverdale.

Javarius Jackson, Cape Coral: Dropped 20 points on Oasis as the Seahawks grabbed a key district victory.

Chris Jimenez, Gulf Coast: Scored 11 second-half points in the CCAC championship to nearly lead the Sharks to an upset win.

Patrick Johnson, Gateway Charter: His 18 points and 10 rebounds led the Griffins to victory over Aubrey Rogers.

Marcus Kelley, Jr., Mariner: Averaged 21.5 points and 9 rebounds in two wins last week.

Jayden Petit, First Baptist: Went for 17 points in the Private 8 conference final to lead FBA to the title.

Marquielle Tory, Fort Myers: Combined for 27 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Green Wave to two victories.

Lovence Valcin, Lely: Had 14 points, 7 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals in a win over Aubrey Rogers.
