Captain Shreve senior E'Joshua McDonald voted SBLive's Louisiana High School Athlete of the Week
McDonald does a little of everything in Gators' win against Airline
E'Joshua McDonald had a great start to the new year.
McDonald, a 6-foot-2 senior shooting guard from Captain Shreve, scored 15 points in a 46-26 District 1-5A win against Airline on Jan. 5. But that wasn't all, as he contributed to the stat sheet in a variety of ways, adding two rebounds and two steals and blocking two shot attempts.
That win improved the Gators to 15-3 overall and 2-0 in district play, along with putting them at No. 4 in the Division I select power ratings.
For his efforts, McDonald was voted the SBLive Louisiana High School Athlete of the Week for Jan. 1-7.
