Fosston's Cullen Norlan was voted by the fans as the top performer in the 2023 MSHSL baseball state tournament.

Norland had four RBIs in three games in the state tournament. He had three RBIs in the quarterfinal against Legacy Christian. He had one RBI in the semifinals against Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa.
