SBLive Missouri boys basketball rankings: Major shakeup among the Top 10

Staley remains atop the SBLive Missouri Top 25 boys basketball rankings following two wins last week. There was some major shuffling in the Top 10 portion of the list while the bottom of the list remained the same as we head to the state playoffs.

1. Staley (22-3)

The Falcons won a pair of games last week and will finish the regular season Tuesday night against Lee’s Summit.

2. Blair Oaks (24-1)

The Falcons defeated California 82-60 last week and will finish the regular season Thursday night against Osage.

3. Bolivar (22-2)

The Liberators are on a four-game winning streak and will take on Helias Tuesday night.

4. Liberty (22-2)

The Blue Jays have won six straight and will finish the regular season against Blue Springs Tuesday night.

5. Westminster Christian Academy (24-1)

The Wildcats continued their winning ways with a 39-35 win over Vashon Saturday afternoon and will finish the regular season against MICDS Thursday night.

6. Vashon (19-4)

The Wolverines fell to Westminster Saturday and will take on DeSmet Tuesday evening.

7. Christian Brothers College (20-6)

The Cadets won four games last week including a pair of wins over DeSmet and Chaminade to claim the MCC Title.

8. DeSmet (18-7)

The Spartans won three games last week including a 77-61 win over Chaminade and will take on Vashon Tuesday night.

9. Chaminade (18-7)

The Red Devils bounced back after a pair of losses last week with a 77-63 win over Miller Career and will finish the regular season against Vianney Friday night.

10. Webster Groves (17-7)

The Statesmen clinched the Suburban Conference with a win over Eureka and will take on Jackson and Vashon this week.

11. Lee’s Summit (20-2)

The Tigers dropped a pair of games last week and will take on Staley Tuesday night to finish the regular season.

12. Thayer (24-1)

The Bobcats are currently on a 12-game winning streak and will open district play against Liberty (Mountain View) Tuesday night.

13. Mexico (24-0)

The Bulldogs look to finish an undefeated season with a contest against Hannibal Tuesday night.

14. Norwood (25-1)

The Pirates open district play Tuesday night against Bakersfield.

15. Monroe City (19-4)

The Panthers have won six straight games and will open district play this week.

16. Cardinal Ritter (16-9)

The Lions finished the regular season with a win over Borgia and will start district play Saturday against Parkway North.

17. Eugene (23-3)

The Eagles finished the regular season with a win over South Callaway and will start district play Wednesday night against Stoutland.

18. MICDS (22-3)

The Rams ran their winning streak to 12 games with three wins last week and will finish the regular season Thursday night against Westminster.

19. South Iron (22-4)

The Panthers opened district play with a win over Festus and will take on Lesterville in the semifinals Tuesday night.

20. Father Tolton (17-8)

The Trailblazers finished the regular season with a win over Borgia and start district play later this week.

21. New Madrid County Central (16-7)

The Eagles wrapped up the regular season with a loss to Whitfield and will start district play this weekend.

22. Nixa (22-3)

The Eagles have won six straight and will finish the regular season at Carl Junction Tuesday evening.

23. Mound City (23-1)

The Panthers open district play Tuesday night against Rock Port.

24. Springfield Catholic (20-6)

The Irish open district play Saturday against Camdenton.

25. Salisbury (22-1)

The Panthers will start the district action against Slater Wednesday night.
