SBLive Missouri girls basketball rankings: Some shuffling in the middle, but still no doubt Incarnate Word Academy is No. 1

Incarnate Word remains atop the SBLive Missouri girls Top 25 power rankings after continuing its winning streak last week, but there was some shuffling in the middle part of the list this week.

1. Incarnate Word Academy (16-0)

The Red Knights extended their winning streak to 61 games with a win over Nerinx Hall and wrapped up the regular season Tuesday night against Troy.

2. Whitfield (18-3)

The Warriors have won 10 straight games and traveled to Cape Notre Dame for a Tuesday night matchup.

3. West Plains (21-4)

The Zizzers have won their last three games and will finish the regular season Thursday night at Lebanon.

4. Rock Bridge (23-1)

The Bruins have won six straight games and will host Helias Wednesday night to finish their regular season.

5. Strafford (19-5)

The Indians opened district play with a 66-58 win over Fair Grove and will take on Sparta in semifinal action Tuesday night.

6. Kickapoo (18-3)

The Lady Chiefs have won seven straight and will close out the regular season against Battle Tuesday night.

7. Southern Boone (21-3)

The Eagles finish the regular season with a match-up against Fatima Tuesday night.

8. El Dorado Springs (23-3)

The Bulldogs won three games last week and will open district play Wednesday night against Adrian.

9. Webster Groves (19-5)

The Statesmen fell to Eureka Friday night 63-60 and will look to bounce back with a game against Lutheran St. Charles Wednesday.

10. Ellington (21-4)

The Lady Whippets opened district play with a 58-47 win over East Carter and will play Alton Thursday night in the semi’s.

11. North Platte (18-8)

The Panthers open district play Tuesday night against Plattsburg.

12. Nixa (21-4)

The Lady Eagles have won their last eight games and will open district play Saturday against Joplin.

13. St. Charles West (19-4)

The Warriors saw their six-game winning streak come to end against MICDS Saturday afternoon and will finish the regular season against Pattonville Wednesday..

14. Chillicothe (20-4)

The Lady Hornets are on a four-game winning streak and will play Cameron Tuesday night.

15. Skyline (19-6)

The Lady Tigers open district play against Spokane Tuesday night.

16. Blue Springs South (20-4)

The Jaguars extended their winning streak to six games and will open district action against Fort Osage Saturday.

17. Leeton (20-2)

The Lady Bulldogs start district play Tuesday night against Northwest (Hughesville).

18. Farmington (16-3)

The Knights open district action this weekend.

19. Cape Notre Dame (17-5)

The Bulldogs saw their seven-game winning streak come to an end against Westminster Friday night and will host Whitfield Tuesday.

20. Miller (22-3)

The Cardinals have won their last 11 games and play College Heights Thursday in the district semifinals.

21. Blue Eye (22-5)

The Lady Bulldogs are currently on a nine-game winning streak and will play Greenwood in the district semifinals Tuesday night.

22. John Burroughs (15-4)

The Bombers are on a nine-game winning streak and won the Metro League with a win over Principia last week and will close out the regular season against Metro Tuesday night.

23. Wellington-Napoleon (22-2)

The Tigers open district play against Appleton City Tuesday night.

24. Eureka (19-6)

The Wildcats enter the top 25 on a six-game winning streak including a 63-60 win over Webster Groves.

25. South Iron (24-1)

The Lady Panthers won their opening-round district against Bunker and will take on Lesterville in the semifinals Thursday night.
